Ingredients

  • 500g Plain Flour
  • 20g Baking Powder
  • 20g Footeside Farm Wattle Seed
  • 10g Milk Powder
  • 5g or a pinch salt
  • 15g oil
  • 310g Water

Method

Combine both oil and water.  Sift and mix dry ingredients together including Footeside Farm Wattle Seed.  Then add the water and oil and knead into a dough.  Knead until smooth.  Leave dough piece whole, or cut it into smaller pieces and shape.  Dust with flour and then bake in a hot oven 210C for 20 mins for whole dough size and smaller pieces less time
