Ingredients

  • 2 cups Self Raising Flour
  • 1 tbsp Footeside Farm Roasted and Ground Wattle Seed
  • 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
  • 100g Butter
  • 2 Eggs
  • 3/4 cup Milk
  • 120g White Choc bits

Method

Sift flour and Footeside Farm Wattle Seed into a bowl.  Stir in brown sugar.  Melt butter. Beat eggs and milk until combined.  Make a well in the centre of dry ingredients.  Add butter, egg mixture and choc bits.  Mix just to moisten.  Three quarter fill greased deep muffin tins.  Bake at 190 degrees C for 20 minutes or until muffins spring back when lightly touched.
