Wattle seed coating mix for coating meat and vegetables.

Simply toss chicken, fish or vegetables in coating mix before oven baking or roasting. Can also be shallow fried. 

Ingredients: Plain flour (wheat), Wattle Seed roasted and ground 20%, salt, black pepper ground.

Contains wheat gluten. 

Tips and Ideas

Great to use with:

  • Chicken - either whole chicken breast, tenders, strips or even diced for finger food at parties.
  • Fish fillets
  • Pork fillets
  • Vegetables like zucchini, pumpkin, eggplant

When making bread, replace 200gm of flour with a packet of wattle seed coating mix to make a wattle seed loaf, conveniently seasoned with salt and pepper making a wonderful accompaniment to any meal.
