Ingredients
- 50g
- Footeside Farm Dehydrated Quandongs
- 1/2 cup
- Sugar
- 1 1/2 cup
- Water
Method
To make this topping place 50g dehydrated Footeside Farm Quandongs in a saucepan with ½ cup sugar and 1 1/2 cups of water.
Gently simmer for 30 minutes.

You can soak them overnight to reconstitute them and quickly cook them in the microwave.
This sauce can also be served with pancakes.
If you cook the quandongs reducing the liquid further this will make an ideal topping for scones.
