Tips and Ideas
Ready to use with
Chicken - either whole chicken breast, tenders, strips or even diced for finger food at parties.
Fish
Pork fillets work well.
Vegetables like zucchini, pumkin, eggplant.
In a larger zip lock bag add coating and ingredient. Shake and move ingredients around until coated.
Shallow fry in oil.
Serve hot.
I have added this to a bread mix (it usually makes up half the flour weight) then added walnuts to make a truly amazing loaf.
