Ingredients
- 1 tsp
- Footeside Farm Roasted and Ground Wattle Seed
- 1/2 cup
- Cream
- Pan Juices from meat
Method
After pan frying meat as desired and left resting.
Add a small teaspoon of roasted and ground Footeside Farm Wattle Seed to the pan with approx ½ cup of cream. Gently simmer to reduce cream and absorb the flavours of the pan and wattle seed. Season to taste. Pour over resting meat.
